How is my order shipped?

  • All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer; this may vary on an item by item basis. Items from separate manufacturers will ship separately and may arrive separately. All orders are shipped by USPS and expedited service is available. Contact us with any questions.

How do I cancel an item in my order?

  • To cancel an item from your order; please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the order is no longer editable and cannot be canceled.

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not
    receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 4 business days from your order date, contact our customer service department, we will be happy to assist you.

My order never arrived.

  • Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will check that all of the items in your order have shipped.

Defective Item

  • If you believe you had received a defective item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. On the return form, please indicate the item as 'defective". Once inspected, if the defective item(s) shipped, we will send an exact replacement, free of charge . If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund back same as the original payment method.
