A sexy, smooth strut

Want your calves to be flexible with good circulation? This can be achieved with very basic motions that many of us may not do. Daily leg stretches should be incorporated into your regular routine. There are several to do; any combo will be helpful in promoting leg and foot health.
If this whole idea is foreign to you, start by standing upright, lift as far up on the ball of your foot as is comfortable, hold, and then slowly let yourself back down. Start with 5-10 repetitions and repeat a few times a day. No excuses on this one.
Another motion to engineer into your day is a simple extension. Raise one leg until it is straight, point your toes towards you, hold, and then point them away and hold. This may take a little time to accomplish with ease, but you will feel a difference in your entire lower body. Totally worth the effort.
And finally, do not be afraid to take off your shoes (if necessary) and do these, and others, on your breaks between classes, at work, or between errands. I know we are not always in sneakers and schedules don't always leave room for a gym, but you should be a priority to yourself. Make time.
thanks for the tips
